X Integration offers a complete support package for our clients, ensuring that we are available when our clients need us the most
Through our help desk system our clients can contact our trained IT support staff during business hours with issues that may arise. This system tracks and manages these issues to ensure they are resolved to the highest standards.
By monitoring and tracking our support requests as they come in from our clients we can identify trends allowing X Integration staff to take proactive action to resolve issues in a timely manner. This system reduces productivity loss for our client businesses and ensuring that our IT solutions support rather than hamper our clients' ability to operate.
In the event of unforeseen out of hours issues we also run an out of hours support service ensuring that should a client need support we are able to deliver necessary support.
